1. Return Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unmounted, and in original condition
    • Returned in original packaging
  • Products that have been installed, mounted, or driven on are NOT eligible for return.

2. Incorrect or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide photos of:
    • The product
    • Packaging
    • Shipping label
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

3. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.

4. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
    • The item is defective
    • The wrong product was sent
  • We will provide a return label in eligible cases.

5. Restocking Fee

  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply for non-defective returns.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

6. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
    • Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days
    • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for funds to appear.

  • Returns due to incorrect fitment may be subject to restocking fees and return shipping charges.
